Affiliation
Currently we only affiliate with graphics sites so please all you people with forums stop emailing me to apply! @_@ I also refuse to affiliate with a site that uses half naked girls on their layout. If you spent 10 seconds reading the welcome paragraph you should understand why. Affiliation is somewhat closed at this point. I will still be accepting but I will be very selective.
Requirements:
- No Hentai, Yaoi, or Yuri allowed
- Site must be at least 6 months old.
- A decent amount of content that is of good quality.
- There is no hit requirement.
- Must update at least two times a month.
- A nice, clean layout that doesn't hurt my eyes and doesn't take forever to load.
- Put the phrase "helian coo" somewhere in the email so I know you read the rules.
- You have to be nice! This may sound stupid but I am sick of all the snot nosed designers that seem to have invaded the internet.

The sibling sites spots are for the sites of
staff members or people who submit a lot. So unless you are one of those there is no
way you will be accepted.
Yes I know this is different from a lot of sites, but I like supporting the sites of people who have
helped build the site to what it is now.
